website taking into account the state of science and technology and the
costs of implementation as well as the nature, scope, circumstances and
purposes of data processing and with regard to the risk of varying probability
and severity to the rights and freedom of natural persons, takes measures to
process exclusively such personal data by default that are necessary to reach
the certain objective.
Data that
are obtained by the Directorate-General in connection with the use of its
website are not transferred to third parties with the exception of official
requests with purpose limitation defined by law.
Data that
are processed by the Directorate-General in the context of visiting the website
are available only to the staff of the Directorate-General to the extent
necessary to perform their duties and to provide the required services, address
your enquiries and observations.
